"Tricia’s support during my pregnancy, the birth of my second baby and postnatally proved invaluable. Her warm and gentle manner helped me feel at ease with her right away and choosing her as my doula was an easy choice. During pregnancy she helped me feel prepared for birth by doing a wonderful hypnobirthing refresher, talking through my preferences and supporting me in making informed choices. My labour was swift and Tricia arrived at just the right time offering a solid support for the most intense stages and a gentle comforting presence after. Having her on hand to answer questions and give advice on newborn life. Three weeks after birth (just when exhaustion really sets in) I had the most wonderful relaxing day with Tricia for what proved a soothing and restorative postnatal massage/closing of the bones ceremony. I highly recommend Tricia if you are looking for a doula, she is a marvelous support for a positive birth experience and has many extra strings to her bow!"

"I was so nervous about breastfeeding and I had zero confidence in myself.
Tricia helped me expressing some colostrum a couple of days before my due date. It was a personal choice as I was eager to build up my confidence. The milk was there! She showed me how to express it using my hands, making me feel comfortable and relaxed.
She supported me and my family through the hardest weeks (and months) of our lives. Being a first time mum was really tough and having to deal with all the sleep deprivation that comes with it was exhausting.
I’ve never trusted someone so much. I was comfortable leaving her with our baby and I couldn’t thank her enough for introducing the use of the sling to us, which improved our lives massively.
Our son is almost 2 years old now and I’m still breastfeeding him! This is thanks to Tricia who has been the most wonderful doula a mother can wish for. We were lucky to have met her and couldn’t recommend her enough."

“In a nutshell, the best money I’ve ever spent.
Tricia helped us feel more confident as parents and made me feel safe to ask for advice and feel vulnerable. I never felt judged. It made such a big difference to know that we had someone would be coming at a prearranged time and day. It took all the pressure off a difficult day or night that we went through.
I think one of the most impactful sessions we had was whilst we were still in the recovery ward. We called Trish and she was so reassuring that even with a tongue tie we would find a strategy to breastfeed my baby. She wasn’t lying. Her breastfeeding support in the first few days were absolutely essential. In all honesty, I believe I would have most likely given up if it hadn’t been for her.
Having someone to ask all our questions instead of googling things helped sift through all the conflicting info and know what options were best suited for us.
She also helped me understand that it was normal to feel a whole range of emotions and it was important to prioritise my rest and recovery.
On top of that, she was great company and I loved trying her food. In fact, I am very grateful I didn’t have to live off my husband’s cooking.
So all in all, she was great!"
